Our Project Advisors qualify all project details. Project Advisors screen for items such as, time frame for completion of the project, size of the project, budget information, and proper service type. We also verify that the homeowners are prepared to meet with contractors, and receive written estimates on their home improvement projects.
How much does it cost?
There is a $29.99 monthly fee. The exact cost of the referrals
will depend on the specific type of work you do. The best part is, unlike
Yellow Pages, you only pay for the referrals you select - you
don't have to commit thousands of dollars to an advertising
campaign without knowing what you will get in return.

How will I decide which referrals I want to buy?
Members are able to view significant details on a lead before buying
it including: location of the customer, type of project, project
budget, and how soon the homeowner is looking to have the
project completed. After you have reviewed all this information
you will decide if you want to purchase the referral.
How will I receive the referrals?
Either by dedicated FAX, e-mail or both depending on your preference.
What information is included with each referral?
Name of the contact person for the project, budget information, job site location, day and evening phone
number for the contact person, the best time to reach the
contact person, type of project, e-mail address, and timeframe
for project start or completion.
How many referrals will I receive?
How many would you like? The exact number depends
on your location and type and number of services you offer.
ReliableRemodeler.com allows you to decide exactly how many
and what type of leads you want to service each month.
Who do I call if I have a question?
With ReliableRemodeler.com
you have your own dedicated Account Manager who is experienced
working in your area. Each Account Manager has their own direct
phone line which means no waiting on hold or bouncing around
between different departments. Our Account Managers are empowered
to ensure your satisfaction. Can I get credit for a bad referral?
In the event that a referral contains invalid contact information
(i.e. telephone number), or the project has already been completed
at the time you contact the referral, ReliableRemodeler.com
will replace referral with a similar referral so long as you
contacted the homeowner within 72 hours of receiving referral,
and notified ReliableRemodeler.com within 5 days of accepting
referral. In addition to this standing credit policy our Account
Managers are empowered to ensure your happiness with our referrals
and success with our service.

Most contractors begin receiving referrals form ReliableRemodeler.com within 24 business hours of completing
the membership application.
