Can I get credit for a bad referral?
In the event that a referral contains invalid contact information (i.e. invalid telephone number), the referral was submitted more than once within the past 30 calendar days (i.e. duplicate lead), or the lead delivered clearly contains false information (e.g., Mickey Mouse, Tooth Fairy, etc.), ReliableRemodeler.com will give internal credit for the referral so long as contact was made to the homeowner within 72 hours of receiving the homeowner information, and notification was made to ReliableRemodeler.com by the third calendar day of the following month.
