		<description>This is a great project. It really adds to the value of the home, as well as increases quality of life. However, it&#039;s not for the casual DIY-er. While the tiling part might seem easy enough, the complex wiring for the heating systems requires a trained professional. Go contractor all the way with this one.</description>

		<description>I take it this is when you are remodeling/building a new place?  Wish I would have known about these when I moved into my new house.  First day of Fall here and its windy and cold and these wood floors downstairs in my basement are freezing cold.  This winter is going to involve space heaters and layers of clothes.  Temperature wise, how much can these help a regular sized kitchen?</description>
