Before ever thinking about doing a remodeling project, you need to ask answer this questions first: 1.) Do I have the skills and knowledge to the project? If no then hire a handyman, if yes then go to question #2. 2.) Do I have the time to spare to see the project through completion? If no, then consider hiring a handyman, if yes then do the project yourself. I agree with you on this one. Atlanta Handyman is qualified to do most every job you could think of, and I have their number on my fridge! You never know when a pipe will burst, or your ceiling starts to leak, or some other problem you probably shouldn't try to fix yourself.
