What's the best way to install some new laminate flooring over an existing concrete floor?

When you install laminate flooring over concrete it is very important that the concrete is fully cured and dry. Moisture is disastrous for flooring. You will also want to make sure that the concrete surface is totally flat. Once you have determined the concrete is dry and flat you will want to use a moisture blocking pad under the flooring and follow all of the manufacturer's installation instructions. The best way to install laminate flooring over concrete is the way the manufacturer of the flooring tells you to. Good Luck!
