What options are available to install insulation in existing outside walls?

I have zero insulation in my outside walls. Outside is stucco and inside are original tung and groove ceder boards.

You are not the first person to be in this position. Lots of homes lack sufficient insulation on the exterior walls. There are many insulation contractors that specialize in insulating the exterior walls of existing homes with any number of interior and exterior finishes.

I would call some insulation contractors and see what advice and solutions they bring to the table. Often times these contractors to blow insulation through a small hole drilled into the wall. There are other solutions that become more complex and costly that can involve insulating the exterior of the house and re-siding. Take a look at your budget and see what solutions fit within that budget.
